Warwoman Dell is a recreation area that was once the site of a Civilian Conservation Corps camp (CCC) in the 1930's. There are still structures in the park used by the CCC. There is also evidence of what was to be a railroad but was never completed. At the upper end of the trail past the picnic area is a small but pretty falls. The falls is on a major geological fault across part of North Georgia. The trail leading to the falls is in a dense forest and has a variety of wild flowers in early spring.
The Bartram Trail passes through Warwoman Dell on its way to Becky Branch Falls, Martin Creek Falls and places north. Information about the Bartram Trail can be found on the Becky Branch Falls web page on this web site.
