Timpson Creek Falls is located off Hwy US76 near FS 162 in Rabun County near Clayton. However, even though Timpson Creek Falls is on the edge of the National Forest the falls is on a two acre section of land that is private property. The topo map shows an old logging trail up the east side of the Timpson Creek to the falls. The first part of that trail parallels FS 162 and the walk is about 2 miles before reaching a point where the falls should be visible. I haven't walked the trail so do not know the condition.
