Lost House Creek crosses under highway Ga17 and Ga75 approximately 4 miles north of Robertstown, Georgia. There is a pull-off on the west side of the highway where a car can be parked across the road from a burned out stone house . The falls is about 500 yds. up the creek on the east side of the highway. The National Forest boundery is about 100 yds. from the highway so between the highway and NF boundery appears to be private property. Permission should be obtained before crossing private property. There is not a trail to this falls so you will need to work your way up the creek beginning on the right side of the creek and crossing back and forth as nessasary to the base of the falls. Some scrambling will be nessasary to reach a position for a clear view of the falls. A small watershed provides water for this creek and during drought conditions the falls will likely have very low flow.
